Google Maps

Google Caps Codes are alphanumeric codes that represent the address of a city, country, or place on Google Maps. Google Maps has been using them for years.

After a recent update to Google Maps, Android users will be able to share location more easily through Plus codes. By tapping on the blue dot that appears on Google Maps, which shows your location, you can share your location by copying the code from the app and pasting it elsewhere. Google says the code's technology is open source.
If you want to share another location, tap and hold on it for a while and you will get the plus code.
This feature will be rolled out to all users in a few week
